This clasp is in good condition. The gold clasp with pendant was issued to Luftwaffe (German Air Force) personnel, which completed either 100 missions of reconnaissance/transport missions or for extraordinary achievements. In general, there are three levels of Luftwaffe flying clasps - bronze, silver and gold - for twenty, sixty and one hundred and ten operational flights respectively.
